About Usher

Welcome to Usher at The University of Texas at Austin. Usher is a variety of web applications maintained by the Moody College of Communication that provides services for faculty, staff, and students. Initially developed to aid users in getting to destinations, it featured a directory lookup, maps, and event information. It has since evolved into the premiere platform for many services including the following:

• Wayfinding Guide
• Room Scheduling
• Student Advising Scheduling
• Equipment Checkout
• RTF Media Library Checkout
• Issues Reporting (ServiceDesk)
